We could not run an efficient and life changing Organisation without the tireless efforts of our Organisation's management team. Since the introduction of this team in 2004, the Organisation has been able to expand her mission and goals by overseeing the expansion of programmes in the fields of Human Rights, Reproductive Health, Family Life, Youth Development, Women empowerment, HIV/AIDS etc.

 

MRS FOLASADE LAWAL ( PROJECT COORDINATOR)
Mrs Lawal is the project coordinator for the Organisation. She has been working in this capacity since 2009.  She has vast experience in management and working with vulnerable and less privileged people in the Community.  Mrs Folasade Lawal has both degree and masters in dramatic Arts at Obafemi Awolowo University

 

 

 

 

MRS TITI KOLAWOLE (PROJECT FACILITATOR)

She is the Project Facilitator for Love 2 Work Charity Organisation . She is also in charge of management and external Relations for the Organisation. She brings to this position over 10 years  experience in the Political, human rights, Development, Management, inter-agency and her extensive experience in change management which she acquired through extensive studies and trainings. She had her first degree and masters in Dramatic Arts at Obafemi Awolowo University.

 

 

 

 

MS KATE SODIMU  (PROGRAMME MANAGER)

She is the project manager for Love 2 Work Charity Organisation. She provides dynamic leadership strategic oversight of our programmes and is responsible for the development of the Organisation's programming in accordance with L2W's mission.

Ms Sodimu has 10 years of multi-faceted International development experience spanning a wide variety of development contexts and challenges. Over the course of her career, she has managed a diverse portfolio of economic, social and civic development programmes targeting women, Children, entrepreneurs and non-governmental Organisations.

 

 

 

MRS RITA ANJORIN (HUMAN RESOURCES  MANAGER)

Mrs Rita Anjorin joined Love 2 Work Charity Organisation in September 2009. Prior to this, she was with'Agenda for Women' for seven years functioning mostly with global operating divisions. Providing Human Resources Solutions and strategies in the areas of Organisational effectiveness, leadership Development, Recruitment and selection, employee Relations. HR operations, and wellness. Throughout her tenure with 'Agenda for Women', She was also responsible for developing and implementing global diversity strategies which included work-Life initiatives, launching networks and affinity groups, and other diversity strategies which positively impacted the workplace and business operations.

Mrs Rita Anjorin has also held critical Human Resources roles with Organisations like 'For Our Tomorrow' A Non-Governmental Organisation  which addresses issues on Youth Development.
